Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders;
• Sale items;
• Hats, headwear, and similar items (for hygiene reasons).

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us first. Once approved, you must ship the item back at your own expense. Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted if the item is available. Otherwise, a refund will be issued.
